Tanzania 8 Day Serengeti Tour

Do you love Safari and taking in the sounds and sights of nature, chasing after the best wildlife photographs you can snap? Then this tour is for you.

Your tour begins in Arusha and takes you to the northern Tanzania area for best game-viewing opportunities. A full comprehensive and well priced tour package offering good value for money and for the budget minded traveller. But just because it is affordable, you still get an experienced driver-guide and their specially adapted safari vehicle, moving overland between Lake Manyara, the Ngorongoro Crater and the Serengeti National Park. You enjoy dramatic Rift Valley scenery all the way and the chance to view some of East Africa’s most iconic images: waves of wildebeest herds in season, red-robed Maasai tribesmen, shimmering soda lakes and the steep-sided Ngorongoro Crater.

Your accommodation along the way is a mixture of lodges and tented camps, each with your own private bathroom and plenty of opportunity to sit and enjoy the views.

Camp in Serengeti National Park has been set up to allow you to view the wildebeest herds on your doorstep. A full-day safari in the Ngorongoro Crater, home to Africa’s easiest Big 5-spotting as well as extraordinary concentrations of other animals.

Excellent tour without sacrificing the wildlife experience, a taste of what Tanzania has to offer. Included is Lake Manyara most famous for its flamingos and tree-climbing lions but home also to buffalo, giraffe and large-tusked elephants. Enjoy magnificent views over the lake and its dramatic Rift Valley scenery. The Ngorongoro Highlands with pleasant rural landscapes of traditional thatched villages and herdsmen with their cattle. Views of the Oldeani Volcano. A full-day safari in the Ngorongoro Crater, home to Africa’s densest concentration of large mammals as well as all of the Big 5 (lion, leopard, rhino, elephant and buffalo), usually seen over the course of a single day. Central Serengeti Reserve and the best possible views of the Wildebeest Migration. One of nature’s greatest spectacles, the Migration sees nearly two million animals – wildebeest, zebra and gazelles – trekking through the Serengeti/Masai Mara ecosystem and attracting the attentions of Africa’s biggest predators: big cats, wild dogs and spotted hyenas. You have several game drives to look forward to and a traditional safari experience.
